I just installed Hashtag plugin, but cannot find it in control panel? I´m running the Demo version of WoltLab and wanted to test stuff before I purchase it.
You are probably missing the hashtag extension for the forum (it is an optional package). As I do not know your installation I cannot give you more advices.
