What payment methods are currently accepted?

At the moment a payment is possible by prepayment (bank transfer), PayPal, credit card, Sofortüberweisung, Griopay and EPS-Überweisung.

Where can I view existing orders?

All your existing orders are listed in the "Orders" tab. There you will also find your invoices and order information.

When will I receive an invoice?

After a successful order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation serves only to confirm the receipt of your order and does not represent an acceptance of your offer to conclude a sales contract. Your contract of sale for an item comes into effect when we receive your payment for the order and accept your order by sending you an e-mail notifying you that your payment has been activated for the order. After activation, you will receive a separate e-mail with your invoice for the order in PDF format.

How long does it take to activate an order?

The period between order and activation may vary depending on the payment method. Orders will only be activated after your money has been visibly credited to our account. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, this is already the case immediately after payment and your order is generally activated on weekdays within a few hours. When paying by bank transfer, the activation usually takes two to five working days. Remember that transfers from abroad (we have an Austrian account) can take considerably longer.

Can I sell my license again when I no longer need it?

Yes, the resale of licenses is currently tolerated by us. Please note that the access to official support is bound to the first buyer, i.e. second hand licenses do not get access to the support forum! A license sale is only valid if the access data to the customer area has been handed over to the customer and the original license holder has completely removed all copies and installations of the products after the sale! Please also note that the sale of the license must be reported to us informally.

What services does the installation service include?

Our licenses do not include any official installation help. If you need help with installation and setup, you can take advantage of our additional installation service. After the activation of your order, an employee will contact you and clarify the further course with you. Afterwards the desired product will be installed and configured once by an employee. We reserve the right to refuse orders if the amount of work exceeds the usual installation and setup costs. In this case you can of course withdraw from the purchase and get the purchase price refunded. The installation service can also be purchased later via the customer area.
